Velmi mě zaujala komunikace s odborníkem z tohoto centra. Rychle identifikovali problém, vysvětlili, že oprava bude stát víc než nákup nového notebooku, a dokonce poskytli několik návrhů na vhodné náhrady. Děkuji za konzultaci!

Satisfaction. Thank you very much and I recommend.I was in the service for cleaning the computer and replacing the fan at HP ENVY, which was no longer under warranty. The part was replaced, everything was explained to me when the PC was repaired. Human approach. Everything was done very quickly and it was no problem to make an appointment.

Thank you very much for your work! My computer didn't turn on and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Since I work on it and my job was in jeopardy and the failure happened over the weekend, I was very worried. It's hard to find a service in Prague that works on weekends. Elsewhere we were told only a period of 2 weeks to diagnose the fault.... And in this service, the gentleman gave us his utmost attention, got to work immediately and finished everything in 2 hours. I am very pleased and will now be contacting you regularly with any questions I have about my computer and in the future to build a new one.

Hi all, I brought my laptop in for a cooling system cleaning and maintenance. I brought it in tonight and picked it up the next day. Everything was done quickly and efficiently with before and after photos. I contacted other services but they asked for a price twice as high and a time frame of 3-4 days.
